Relais & Chateaux property the Wickaninnish Inn is hosting winemaker Bob Ferguson of Kettle Valley Winery for a winemaker's dinner benefit. Restaurant Chef John Clark, who recently moved from New York's Daniel restaurant, will be directing the kitchen in preparing this five-course dinner to launch the 4th annual Tofino Food and Wine Festival. Proceeds will go toward the proposed Tofino Lighthouse Trail, safely linking area beaches for all to enjoy.
Kettle Valley Winery, a favorite among wine aficionados, is known for its focused red varietals, as well as blends such as "Old Main Red".
