Henry of Pelham Sauvignon Blanc 2007 (Ontario)

Pale straw colour with a nose of apple and grapefruit. Medium-bodied, crisp, well balanced with a minerally grapefruit flavour and lively acidic finish. Good value. ****
Food match: grilled calamari; Caesar Salad

Mission Hill Chardonnay Reserve 2006 (British Columbia)
$21.95 (Vintages #545004)
Straw colour with a spicy, oaky, pineapple nose; full-bodied, sweet, spicy pineapple flavour, creamy mid palate with good length. ****
Food match: grilled salmon; ripe Camembert

Flat Rock Pinot Noir 2007 (Ontario)
Ruby colour with a vanilla, cherry and mineral nose; chunky mouth feel; medium-bodied, earthy, beetroot and cherry flavours. A tannic lift on the finish. ****
