Dense purple-black colour; chocolate and black fruit bouquet with an earthy note; richly extracted, chunky mouth-feel, full-bodied; finishes firmly with a tannic lift.  ****

This is a very fine California Chardonnay at a reasonable price. Straw coloured with a toasty, nutty, smoky nose; rich caramel and citrus flavours, beautifully balanced; great length with a macadamia nut finish. *****

It's rare to see an Ontario table wine in half bottles. Deeply coloured with a smoky blackberry nose; medium-bodied dry and savoury with lively acidity and a smoky finish. ***½
