An Exclusive Evening For Visa Infinite Cardholders (May 4, 2009, Truffles Restaurant, 6:30 pm)
At this exclusive evening, cardholders will have the opportunity to rub shoulders with internationally renowned chef Lynn Crawford as she returns home to create a 4-course culinary feast at Truffles Restaurant, located in the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. Limited to only 80 Visa Infinite Cardholder guests, tickets are $175 per person and can be purchased at

We Salute da Vinci (May 5, 2009, The Carlu Concert Hall, 7:00–10:00 pm)
An evening of wine, food and fundraising in support of Toronto East General Hospital's efforts to raise funds to purchase a da Vinci robotic surgical system, this glamorous event celebrates the spirit and innovations of Leonardo da Vinci. The four-course cocktail-style dinner, prepared by Food Network celebrity chefs Lynn Crawford, Anna Olson, Roger Mooking and Four Seasons Toronto executive chef, Claudio Rossi, will be paired with specially chosen Festival wines and a musical performance by Juno award-winning chef Mooking. But, the pièce de résistance is the spectacular silent auction where a selection of over-the-top experiences, including a trip to Paris and a private, once-in-a-lifetime viewing of da Vinci's Mona Lisa at Musée du Louvre, will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Tickets for the fashionable evening are $200.

Dining Indulgences (May 6, 2009, various restaurant locations)
For one night only, Toronto's most acclaimed restaurants have partnered with Salute to create attractively priced "wine and dine" packages designed to tantalize even the most sophisticated palate. Prices and times vary according to restaurants.

International Indulge (May 7, 2009, The Berkeley Church, 7:00–10:00 pm)
With Argentina and Prince Edward County as this year's showcase wine regions, International Indulge will take guests on a journey through some of the world's finest vineyards. Tasting seminars and exclusive access to wine makers make this a night to remember. Tickets are $79.

Saluting Ontario's Finest (May 8, 2009, Hart House – University of Toronto, 7:00–10:00 pm)
Salute pays homage to Ontario's finest culinary purveyors by taking a traditional farmer's market concept and giving it a modern twist – under the stars. Guests will begin their culinary journey with a sampling of Ontario's best wines, artisan cheeses and produce in the courtyard of Toronto's classic Hart House. Chuck Hughes, popular host of Food Network's Chuck's Day Off, will man the BBQ while guests peruse the market offerings.

Capping off the evening will be a sampling of international wines in the Great Hall. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet urban landscape designer and Gemini award nominee Carson Arthur, host of HGTV's Green Force in the lounge he created exclusively for the evening. The all-inclusive tickets are $69.

Shopping Indulgences and the Ultimate Kitchen Party (May 9, 2009, The Distillery District, all day)
What better way to wrap-up Toronto's first official summer festival than by shopping for one treasure while sipping another? Attendees can spend the afternoon browsing in the boutiques and galleries of the historical Distillery District and stopping by the Ultimate Kitchen Party hosted by the Food Network's The 100 Mile Challenge.

The Food Network Celebrity Kitchen, located in the Fermenting Cellar, will host a number of special appearances by local renowned celebrity chefs, including Anna Olson, host of Fresh with Anna Olson, Joan Monfredi, executive chef, Park Hyatt Hotel Toronto, Tawfik Shehata, executive chef of Vertical Restaurant and Claudio Rossi, executive chef, Four Seasons Toronto. Each chef will introduce their favourite Ontario producer to the audience. The event runs from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and the all-access tickets are $20.

A Final Salute to the Festival (May 9, 2009, The Distillery District, 8:00–11:00 pm)
The week-long festivities are given their final "Salute" during this evening of wine, cocktails and tapas. Winemakers, chefs and guests will mix and mingle in the Fermenting Cellar, the Distillery District's destination hotspot. Tickets are $55.
