An elegant fino sherry, pale straw in colour with a bouquet of camomile,
yeasty bread; on the palate very dry with crisp acidity and fresh, lively
flavours of digestive biscuits and green nuts.

A Sauvignon Blanc in Loire style. Pale straw colour; a nose of green pepper
and gooseberry; medium-bodied, though leaner than most California Sauvignons,
with a fine spine of acidity. Good length.
