Domaine J. Laurens Le Moulin Brut Blanquette de Limoux
If champagne is a little beyond your budget, here's a bargain-priced sparkler from the Midi. Domaine J. Laurens Le Moulin Brut Blanquette de Limoux. Straw colour,it has a nose of apples and apple blossoms with toasty notes in the background. Full on the palate, it's fairly complex with an energizing and crisp personality and a toasty-nutty finish. It costs $17.95 at Vintages outlets. Use it as an aperitif or serve with runny cheeses. That's Domaine J. Laurens Le Moulin Brut Blanquette de Limoux from France. For Post City Magazines I'm Tony Aspler, 680News and 680News.com. ($17.95 ,Vintages #180323)
