Château des Charmes "Celebration of the Senses"
The Bosc family invite you to join their 25th Anniversary "Celebration
of the Senses."
In July of 1978, Paul Bosc and his family planted a vineyard that was
unlike any other previously planted in Canada. Along with his new vineyard,
he also had a vision for the future direction of Canada's grape and wine
industry that was different from the prevailing wisdom of that era.
To commemorate the events of 25 summers ago, the Château will host
"Celebration of the Senses" on August 10th, 2003. This spectacular
event will celebrate the finest in Niagara music, wine and cuisine with
an intimate concert performed by the Niagara Symphony that will tell the
story of Château des Charmes through music.
Following the concert, guests will stroll through the acclaimed St. David's
Bench Vineyard to savour Niagara's bounty, as the region's finest chefs
present a myriad of culinary delights. The Bosc family has selected wines
from the past, present and future to be served at each food station to
harmonize this unforgettable wine country experience.
