Henry of Pelham Family Tree White 2012 (Ontario)
$17.95 (Vintages #251116)
A blend of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Viognier, 11% Gewurztraminer, 9% Sauvignon Blanc. Medium straw colour; spicy, honeysuckle and peach nose; dry, aromatic, medium-bodied, spicy, lychee and grapefruit flavours with a firm finish. **** (88.5)
Food match: Thai dishes; pork and apple sauce

William Fèvre Espino Gan Cuvée 2013 (Chile)
$18.95 (Vintages #45146)
This is a Chablis on steroids. Pale straw in colour with a lemony, toasty nose; dry, medium-bodied, fresh and lively on the palate, apple flavour with a lovely mouth feel. ****½ (89)
Food match: grilled fish; chicken salad

Falernia Reserva Syrah 2013 (Chile)
$19.95 (Vintages #208371)
Dense purple colour with a smoky, herbal blackberry nose; full-bodied, fruity but dry and savoury with white pepper, herbal blackberry flavours. Good mouth-feel. ****½ (89)
