Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2015 (Marlborough, New Zealand)
$19.95, (Vintages #686675)
Bright straw in colour with a nose of cut grass, green beans and passionfruit; medium-bodied, crisply dry, with grapefruit and green herb flavours and a long mouth-freshening finish. ****½ (89)
Food match: seafood; goat cheese

Beronia Rueda Verdejo 2015 (Rueda, Spain)
$14.95 (Vintages #461327)
Straw colour with a spicy, flinty bouquet of Mirabelle plums; medium-bodied, dry, with nicely balanced flavours of pear and plum. Easy drinking and good value. **** (88.5)
Food match: grilled white fish; runny cheeses

Viña Errazuriz Syrah 2013 (Aconcagua Coast, Chile)
$18.95 (Vintages #387910)
Errazuriz was the first winery in Chile to produce a Syrah. Dense purple in colour offering a savoury, blackberry nose with herbal notes; medium to full-bodied, dry, savoury, blackberry flavour with lively acidity and a firm finish. ****½ (89)
