Please join us for a memorable evening on "The Cutting Edge of Italy,"
Thursday, May 6th, at 6:30 PM at Miele Kitchen Studio, 354 Davenport Rd.,
2nd Floor (in the Designers Walk Building).
The evening will feature an interactive cooking demonstration with Savour's
Chef Tonia Wilson, former head Chef at the Canadian Embassy in Rome, as
she prepares a four-course spring seasonal menu.
An interactive tasting of matching wines will be led by Sommelier/Wine
Educator John Szabo, director of The Centre for Vine Affairs, and assisted
by Savour's Sommelier Zoltan Szabo. We will taste some of the hottest
values available today from the most dynamic regions in Italy, exciting
winemakers and new classic grapes.
Savour the flavours on the cutting edge of Italian wine and gastronomy.
$100/person (tax & gratuity included). Reservations on first come
