If you like big, buttery, tropical-fruit-style Chards, this is for you. Straw colour with a rich buttery pineapple nose; fat in the mouth with well extracted pineapple and sweet melon fruit. Good length. ****

Dense and deeply coloured, this varietal Merlot has a bouquet of very ripe Bing cherries and plums. Full-bodied and fruit-driven, there is a spine of acidity and supple tannins that give the wine structure and length. ***½
